Tùmba ® Physical Dance Fitness

The Tùmba® Physical Dance Fitness program was created by two time U.S. self defense champion Rebecca Castillo.

 

Her goal was to create a work out course that would relate but not be limited to the younger crowds.

 

Tumba® incorporates the best of other similar workouts and puts it all together.

 

For example, P90X speaks of the plateau effect: Tùmba® also takes into consideration muscle memory and the lack of progress that one makes once your muscles get used to the same old boring gym techniques day after day.

 

Tùmba® brings together many dances such as salsa, hip hop, tease, club, merengue, crossfit, and belly dancing all into one so that each and every class is diverse and extreme all at the same time.

 

It is like Zumba in that it has spanish influences but very different because each class has heart pounding music given by a live dj and non stop action packed workout and nutrition techniques.

TUESDAY   and   THURSDAY

7:30 – 8:30 pm

$5.00 a class, first class is FREE!
